Creative Confections is a licensed home bake shop owned by Alicia Russell. In addition to having over 30 years of experience, Alicia has participated in classes and workshops on Lambeth, Figure Piping and numerous Australian Fondant techniques from internationally recognized cake artists. Best characterized as a perfectionist, Alicia continues to share her confectionery skills with adults and youth through classes and workshops.
